Fa Cai Shu Features & How to Play
Read the Reels
Fa Cai Shu uses five reels and three rows. Line combinations run across adjacent reels from the leftmost reel. Open the in-game paytable to check the active lines, symbol awards, and play settings before you spin.
Watch for Wilds, Bonus symbols, and Gold Pots. Each has a different role, and Gold Pots do not build up across separate base-game spins.
How Wilds Expand
In the base game, a Wild on reels 2–5 expands vertically when a winning combination is possible. Wilds substitute for other symbols except Gold Pot and Bonus symbols.
A separate pattern award applies when Gold Tree symbols fill reel 1 and Wilds fill reels 2–5. Wilds cannot replace the Gold Trees for this pattern, and no additional line wins are paid with it.
Trigger Six Free Spins
Land three or more Bonus symbols anywhere in the base game to start six Free Spins. The symbols do not need to follow a payline.
The feature uses its own reel set and keeps the play setting that triggered it. Reels 2, 3, and 4 link together to form one 3-by-3 jumbo symbol.
Play With Jumbo Symbols
During Free Spins, the middle three reels display one jumbo symbol. Bonus and Gold Pot symbols appear only on these linked reels.
A jumbo Bonus symbol adds three Free Spins, up to a maximum of 15 in the feature. A jumbo Gold Pot starts the Ju Bao Peng Bonus.
Follow the Gold Pot Respins
Six or more Gold Pots in one base-game spin trigger the Ju Bao Peng Bonus. A Gold Pot on the linked Free Spins reels can also trigger it. The base-game Gold Pot meter resets after every spin.
The bonus begins with three respins. Gold Pots lock in place, and every new Gold Pot resets the counter to three. The feature ends when no respins remain or all 15 positions are filled.
Fill all 15 positions to receive the Grand Treasure. Mini, Minor, and Major Treasures can appear on Gold Pots. These are virtual game awards in Neverland Casino.
