Yes. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies to violations.

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego operates primarily as a cashless property. Cash is accepted only at designated outlets. Room charges and incidental expenses must be paid using a valid credit or debit card.

Pets are not permitted. Service animals as defined by applicable law are permitted; emotional support animals and other non-service animals are not permitted.

Yes. Valet parking costs $70 per day and includes unlimited in-and-out privileges. The valet and vehicle entrance is at 548 L Street. Vehicles are parked in a secure, gated underground garage.

Yes. Level 1 and Level 2 charging stations are available on-site, subject to availability. Tesla owners should bring their own adapter.

The garage has a 7-foot height clearance. Oversized vehicles, including dually trucks, heavy-duty or commercial-style pickups, modified vehicles and vehicles exceeding safe valet size limits, may not be accommodated.

The hotel is approximately three miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN) and is accessible by rideshare, taxi or rental car.

The hotel does not operate a complimentary airport shuttle. Guests may use rideshare, taxi or rental car services, and the Concierge can assist with transportation arrangements.

Yes. Guest rooms and suites feature minibars.

Occupancy depends on room type. Studios and Hard Rock Suites with king or two queen beds sleep 2–4 guests; Float Studios with a king bed sleep 2. Occupancy for other suites varies.

Reservation or room number may be included but is not required. For meeting attendees who are not registered guests, include the event name and recipient phone number when possible. Packages can be collected at the front desk with photo ID, or delivered to the guest room by bell staff from 7 AM to 11 PM. Charges are billed to the room at the end of the stay. Package handling and storage fees may apply.

Yes. The hotel has a rooftop pool at Float Rooftop. Cabanas are available. Pool and Float access may be affected by weather, seasonal operations, special events and private functions.
